About Us

Why Yoga?

Yoga these days is regarded as an exercise class but it is so much more.  Yes you will be taken through a range of  movements at varying speed and challenge, depending on the yoga style, that will ease and stretch your body but you will also use breathing and relaxation techniques to leave you feeling  relaxed, revived and restored.

What do we do?

We specialise in Qigong for Health and Well-being, Gentle and Relaxing Slow Flow Yoga which is accessible to most , Yin Yoga, Yoga for Women’s Health and Yoga Nidra - A form of Guided Meditation. We only work with  small groups or 1:1 to ensure that you get a session to suit your needs.  Through our practices we hope to impart a combination of energy, calmness and balance at both physical and mental levels.  Our space is welcoming, warm and non judgemental.  We want you to feel comfortable and leave feeling better.

Why choose us?

We are a small boutique studio providing an accessible form of yoga and qigong.  Our small, friendly groups also provide a feeling of security for those not ready to go to larger group classes but want more than online sessions.  If you have a sedentary lifestyle, are feeling anxious about classes where you think that you might not fit in or just that you would like to explore yoga or qigong without expectations of your ability or flexibility than our sessions could be for you.  We can also come to you if you can't get out of the house or workplace and, in addition, can offer online guided meditation or relaxing sessions via Zoom.  We want you to enjoy yoga and qigong so will always be happy to answer your questions or tailor something to your needs.
